Ingredients
45ml Black Cockatoo Signature Gin
25 ml fresh lemon juice
3 tsp simple syrup
Ice
Mineral water
Slice lemon
Sprig native oregano or mint
Method
Mix Main ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Pour over ice in champagne flute.
Top with mineral water and top with a slice of lemon and a sprig of Native Oregano/Rivermint
