1 ½ oz / 45ml – Native Citrus Gin (blood lime, lemon mrytle and Pepperberry)
½ oz / 15ml – Pepperberry Infused Vodka
¾ oz / 22.5ml – Fingerlime Honey Syrup
¾ oz / 22.5ml – Lemon Juice
A Lemon Myrtle Leaf
A few Pepperberry pods
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Myrtle Leaf (slapped to activate) and a few Pepperberry pods.
