500gr of fresh goat cheese
1 tbs of native thyme
1 tbs of lemon myrtle
3 berries of native pepperberry
- In a mortar and pestle put all the herbs and pepperberry with a pinch of sea salt in flakes and grind roughly.
- Rub this mixture to cover the cheese and leave to stand in the fridge for at least 24 hours before enjoying it with fresh fruit and berries with wattle seeds crackers.
